About Lou
Immersed in the healing arts from early childhood, with an abundance of unconditional love pouring from her heart, Lou has a grand desire to help heal the world by raising awareness and teaching people how to live their life holistically, in a loving and compassionate way.
Lou began her journey with yoga in spring 2008. Being morbidly obese, she hit rock bottom and was desperately looking for change in her life. Within 2 years of daily study of yoga and its philosophy, Lou lost 50 kg.
The immediate benefits yoga offered made her more and more intrigued to deepen her knowledge and study further. Given her 16 years in the medical field, Lou integrates Western medicine with the holistic approach to health.
Lou believes that when thoughts, words and actions come from a place of Love, healing naturally occurs. Her teaching methods are characterized by a refreshing sense of humor, her positive energy, knowledge, skills and simple techniques.
Lou shares her experiences and struggles, while inspiring her students to make the small changes to achieve more well-being in their lives, leading to a brighter future.
Meditation
Nowadays, most people live a busy and stressful life. Meditation is a tool to help us enjoy every moment life brings ~ It is like rebooting your computer. Sometimes, life just gets crazy and the mind becomes foggy. That’s when we act out of character. Meditation can reset everything, a little like turning on and off your computer. Then, we are better at living in peace and harmony with everything around us.
Pranic Healing
Pranic Healing is a simple yet powerful & effective system of no-touch energy healing. It is based on the fundamental principles that the body is a self-repairing living entity that possesses the ability to heal itself and that the healing process is accelerated by increasing this life force that is readily available from universal energy, to address physical and emotional imbalances that arises.
Yoga
Lou studied with various teachers around the globe and practiced Yoga as taught in the west, for many years. By the grace of God, in 2012, Lou was introduced to Traditional Yoga in North India. Since then, Lou has a different view and understanding on Yoga and its healing abilities. Lou believes all forms of Yoga have benefits, though Traditional Yoga (TY) was the path that lead her to deeper spiritual connection.

Lou is a Care Giver, certified Yoga Instructor and Therapist, Pranic Healer, Thai Massage Therapist and Anatomy Trainer who wants to work with you.
