Lou first came to yoga in 2008 and was surprised at the immediate healing benefits gained. Since then she’s had the privilege of learning from a variety of teachers from across the globe ~ her latest training in the mountain of north India. Her struggles with weight, sport injuries and life challenges has allowed for unique insights as an instructor.

Lou has devoted the past 4 years to humanity; teaching, serving, sharing, providing, praying and loving the world. Lou practices Metta Meditation as a way of Life.

Blessed by Guru Sri Shakti Amma, Lou has delve deeper into this space of peace and contentment. “

​Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Level 4 Healer and the founder of Namaste. Weam’s teaching style is fluid, creative and fun. Her Yoga journey started in 2007 and nothing remained the same. Seeing how Yoga nurtured her life she left behind a demanding corporate job to dedicate her to guiding others and sharing their journey home. Namaste since has helped hundreds of students taste the sweetness of the Yoga practice.

Her enthusiasm, curiosity, energy, compassion and passion are contagious. She believes that everyone has an “edge” and whilst she is a firm believer that this edge is very different for individuals, she enjoys watching people grow from taking themselves to places that both challenge and respect where we are at in our journeys. Weam encourages both the fun that comes with movement and peace that comes with stillness.

Max Strom

Yoga philosophy, Asana, Meditation and Pranayama.

Max Strom is a global teacher, speaker, author, and trainer. His breathing workshops are featured in many conferences across the world including a recent conference for therapists and social workers on how to utilize breathing for emotional healing for their patients. His home practice DVD, Learn to Breathe, is being used as a therapeutic tool in mental health facilities and hospitals in the United States. Max is the author of, A Life Worth Breathing, and, There is No APP for Happiness. As an in-demand speaker, Max has presented his work at three TEDx events, The World Government Summit-Dubai, The first Wellness Symposium in Saudi Arabia,The SC in Qatar, the Happinez Festival in the Netherlands, The Singularity University in the Silicon Valley, The Inner Idea Conference, as well as countless yoga and wellness conferences. Sara Abdulla

RYT200, RPYT

​Sara’s ever evolving yoga journey of moving with injuries, pregnancy, and motherhood has taught her that the only constant is change and one size definitely does not fit all.

Sara’s approach to yoga is one that honors that inner voice and encourages a deeper connection with the body to cultivate a practice that is nourishing, intuitive and transformational. She is a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher (RPYT).

Aisha Bubshait

RYT200

Aisha B (aka Alive Yogini) started her yoga journey in 2011 at Namaste. She found the space for love, playfulness and self expression through yoga. Her curiosity to learn more about yoga lead her to completing the RYT 200 in Feb 2014 and she’s been teaching and continuing to fall in love ever since. 

She continues to grow in her journey and enjoys gaining knowledge and experience from different teachers across the world, her teaching has largely been influenced by Clara Roberts-Oss. 

Aisha received a strong calling to share yoga with children, following her heart, she got certified in kids yoga through the GroovyKids yoga training and the Rainbow Kids yoga training programmes. 

Adult or child, you’ll find playfulness, nurturing and a sense of grounding in her classes.
