Wellbeing & Weight Loss Yoga Course

When we are unhappy in our skin, may it be due to lack of love, feelings of unworthiness, jealousy, anger or other, we are attracting more of that in our life. The very moment we choose to change, we start to attract more positivity in all aspect of our life. Instantly, we start to radiate and emit more feelings of acceptance, of love, of peace and joy. Our ability to generate these feelings are unlimited, and when we learn to tap into that feeling of unconditional love, we are in complete harmony with the Universe. At that point, everything flows into our life easily and gracefully.

I know hands-on what it feels like to be obese. Being teased from early childhood to the dreading teenage years to adulthood, excess weight was always attached to my hip and NOT my friend. I could never embrace it until “that day”…

That day…I heard there was a yoga course starting for beginners so I wrote to the teacher, “I am morbidly obese and have never done yoga before. Can I still come to your course?” His response changed my life forever. “There is no size in yoga and you are always welcome to my class.” I still bow in utmost respect for his answer.

Wellbeing – A Healing Journey

In 6 months, I have lost a remarkable 40 pounds and reversed my diabetes with this simple recipe. Nevertheless, like most, I am constantly challenged by life’s ups and down and how it affects my mind and my body. In 2012, while learning traditional yoga in India, I was introduced to an ancient yoga recipe for weight loss. The benefits were felt instantly. So simple, easy and effective, finally something that works that wasn’t called a diet or a regime. A routine that requires only 15 minutes a day.
